Bienvenidos a Copán, el Honduras Origin Coffee Fest 2026 es un evento anual sin fines de lucro, organizado por INLOHER, Fundación Grano de Esperanza y Tocoro Coffee Roasters, creado para celebrar, fortalecer y proyectar el café de especialidad hondureño a nivel global.

 

El festival reunirá a productores de café, tostadores y compradores internacionales, brindando un espacio único para el aprendizaje, el intercambio de conocimientos y la generación de conexiones comerciales directas desde el origen.

 

El evento se llevará a cabo del 26 al 28 de marzo de 2026 en Villa Shalom, Santa Rosa de Copán, ubicada en una de las regiones cafetaleras más emblemáticas de Honduras.

This objective involves promoting cultivation and processing methods that reduce the environmental impact in emissions reduction programs, agroforestry systems, and improve the living conditions of coffee-growing communities.
Through workshops and conferences, the festival guides producers on sustainable practices, such as biodiversity conservation, the use of renewable energy and efficient water and soil management and allows international guests.
